  • EIA daily power generation data used to calculate monthlies shows U.S. L-48 wind generation in January was 42,613 MWHrs, up 5.0% versus last month and up 22.4% versus last year

  • Last 12-month U.S. wind generation was 486.6 GWHrs, up 5.1%

  • Total wind capacity is currently 154,797 megawatts

  • Wind power generation is up 19.1% year-to-date through January 2025
